Tomorrow is Ostara, the Vernal Equinox (I’ve heard, if you find out when the exact moment of the Equinox is in your area, moments before and after, take a raw egg outside and set it someplace level, wider side down. It should balance 🙂 ) Ostara is the day when the Goddess and God join in sacred marriage. The Goddess will conceive, and give birth in nine months. The increased growth and strength of nature in the spring is due to the rising power of the Goddess and God. This is a potent time for magical workings not only due to the earth’s energies being balanced, but also in the way this time symbolically birth’s eminent potential. As we rouse from our winter slumber, may we embrace the coming light and warming of the land. May we take this time to celebrate all that we have released this winter, take time for self-care, and plant the seeds of our highest potential ❤
